Salmon with Pesto Cream Sauce
serves 4
Ingredients
- 1 lb salmon fillets
- 1/4 C whole milk
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 2 T pesto
- 1 T parsley, fine chop
Instructions
- Beat together the milk and cream cheese over low-medium heat until the cheese is melted and the mixture is smooth. Stir in the pesto and season to taste.
- Season the salmon, then grill until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
- Plate the salmon, garnish with the sauce and the parsley, then serve hot.
